Methods to Open Quick Access Toolbar

Method 1:

§  You can Open Directly by Title Bar.

Method 2:

§  File Tab à Options à Quick Access Toolbar

Adding Default Commands in Quick Access Tool Bar

§  Click on Quick Access Tool Bar

§  Here you See Some commands have tick Sign, which means ticked command will be shown in Quick Access Tool Gallery.

§  Tick to your desired commands which you want to add into Quick Access Tool Bar Gallery.

Adding Custom Commands in Quick Access Tool Bar

§  Click on Quick Access Tool Bar.

§  Here you See Some commands have tick Sign, which means ticked command will be shown in Quick Access Tool Gallery.

§  Click on“ More command” Option.

§  You will show a dialogue box which asks you for adding commands to Quick Access tool bar Gallery.

§  After Adding Commands Click on “Ok”.
