WHAT IS FORMAT PAINTER



This tool copy format from one text and apply to another text which you want to apply.

Steps to apply format Painter:
1. Select text having formatting you like

2. Click format Painter

3. A brush icon will be shown, which means your format is successfully copied.

4. Select something else to automatically apply the formatting


Points to be Remember:  


 Clear all formatting (ctrl + spacebar)

For changing your text case (shift + f3)
To apply the formatting in multiple place, double- click on

format Painter icon .
